Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs Maura A. Harty spoke to representatives of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) and the media at the ITO headquarters, March 5, 2007. She was welcomed by Chamber President Murat Yalçıntaş, and introduced by A. Bülent Barlak.
