The United States Trade Representative (USTR) Ron Kirk and Acting Secretary of Commerce and Deputy Secretary of Commerce Rebecca M. Blank are visiting Turkey to participate in the U.S.-Turkey Framework for Strategic Economic and Commercial Cooperation (FSECC) , and to explore new opportunities and strengthen commercial ties between the two nations, June 25-26. Ron Kirk ve Rebecca Blank, had meetings today with senior government officials and business leaders at  Turkey-U.S. Working Lunch hosted by the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) M. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu in Istanbul. Answering questions from journalists after the meeting, U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk then gave an interview with Bloomberg HT on Turkey-US trade relations.
