Iftaar Dinner with the Community

During Ramadan, municipalities erect tents in their districts to serve Iftaar dinner to the community, especially to poor and disadvantaged people. Consul General Sharon A. Wiener and Public Affairs staff visited the tent in the consulate neighborhood and had Iftaar dinner with the community. 500 people have their Iftaar in the tent everyday, including small business owners in the neighborhood. The Deputy Mayor also joined the Iftaar.
