The Ari Roland Jazz Quartet thrilled audiences in Bursa and Istanbul with their cool American jazz music. Following a sucsessful program in Damascus, the group performed to enthusiastic young audiences in Bursa and Istanbul and held a workshop in a packed music room at Yildiz Technical University. Each performance attracted hundreds of young students and adults. The musicians charmed the audiences by speaking some Turkish and incorporating some popular Turkish favorities into their musical repertoire. Following the shows, the young music lovers lined up to meet with the musicians in person and to ask the secrets of their success.
