Apple Hill Chamber Players in Istanbul

In Istanbul, Apple Hill on November 12 gave a master class at a university conservatory to a group of students. On Nov. 13, the group played at an elementary school. The students were thrilled with the mini-concert and delighted to meet the players. Later that evening, Apple Hill also gave a concert at a reception that was attended by academics, journalists, local government as well as leading figures of Istanbul’s cultural community. Apple Hill gave a master class to students from two university conservatories and one high school in the nearby industrial city. The event was followed by a public concert attended by a very enthusiastic audience. These events were also covered by local papers and national television stations.
