Ambassador Jeffrey visits Robert College in Istanbul

Ambassador Jeffrey visited Robert College, Istanbul's very prestigious and oldest American- sponsored school outside the U.S. After a tour led by the headmaster, the Ambassador met students from the Model U.N. group and gave a speech on the Foreign Policy of the Obama Administration and US Turkish Relations. At the end of the session, the students asked the Ambassador questions about US foreign policy and invited him to be the keynote speaker at their International Model U.N. conference in April in which about 700 students will take part. The Ambassador presented the school's library with copies of President Obama's books.
