African American History Month Celebrated

U.S. Consulate General, Public Affairs Officer, Walter T. Douglas gave a speech to Consulate staff on African American History Month. Emphasizing on the importance of many African Americans who have made a mark in history, invited everyone to once again celebrate and remember "Black Heritage" with an exhibition prepared by the Public Affairs staff.
